About PFMA
Since its inception in 1983, PFMA is an association dedicated to promote and enhance the growth and development of the footwear industry in Pakistan, while striving to provide value for our members and uphold their interests, an industry with a significant number of industry players, we continue to act as a focal point for them to obtain information on the latest industry trends and designs; and at the same time to help them generate new trade opportunities and adopt new innovations for greater growth.
One of our other visions over the years is to encourage more home grown designers and aspiring entrepreneurs to join in the footwear industry for its sustainable growth. Today, we are proud to have three institutes to serve the industry.
PSDH – Pakistan Shoe Design Hub
PFMA has established Pakistan Shoe Design Hub, (PSDH) in PFMA at Lahore. This studio has been developed with the financial support of World Bank , Government of Pakistan in collaboration with PISIC , CDI,UNIDO and with the expertise of Italian Organizations , ASSOMAC & PISIE. This design studio is providing services & training to Footwear SMEs and large manufacturers in Pakistan
